1. About this Site

This website (the “Site”) is operated by You Khemarak, a licensed independent private tour guide based in Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia, to share information about available itineraries and to let visitors send inquiries. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the service

The Site is informational. Submitting the inquiry form is a request for information and does not, by itself, create a confirmed booking. A tour is only confirmed once You Khemarak has replied directly and both sides have agreed on the itinerary, dates, group size, and price.

3. Rates and availability

Any prices, sample itineraries, or availability shown on the Site are indicative and may change. Rates are generally quoted per person for private groups and can vary with group size, season, and the specific itinerary requested. Always confirm current pricing and availability directly with You Khemarak before finalizing travel plans.

4. Bookings, deposits, and cancellations

Any deposit requirements, payment methods, cancellation windows, and refund terms will be agreed directly with you at the time of booking, outside of this Site, and may vary by itinerary and season. Ask for these details in writing before you pay a deposit.

5. Your responsibilities as a traveler

  • Provide accurate contact details and travel information when making an inquiry or booking
  • Arrive on time and follow reasonable safety guidance given during a tour
  • Hold appropriate travel insurance, visas, and any documents required to visit Cambodia
  • Respect local customs, dress codes, and rules at temples and other sites, including at the Angkor Archaeological Park

6. Liability

Tours often involve outdoor activity, uneven terrain, heat, and travel by vehicle or boat. While every reasonable effort is made to plan a safe and enjoyable itinerary, You Khemarak is not liable for injury, loss, illness, or delay arising from circumstances outside reasonable control, including weather, road or site conditions, actions of third parties, or a traveler’s own decisions during a tour. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Third-party services

Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, TikTok, or similar platforms are provided for convenience so you can reach out through a channel you prefer. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and You Khemarak is not responsible for their availability or content.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, and design of this Site belong to You Khemarak unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. See the DMCA / Copyright page for how to report a concern about copyrighted material.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change whenever it does. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, where the tour services described on this Site are provided, without prejudice to any consumer protections that may apply in your own country.
